CELKA A.S. was founded in 1995 in Izmir,Turkey. This factory was build by a leading company in hydraulics which is KAVURLAR Ltd. Sti. Over the years a lot has changed. CELKA A.S. has grown from manufacturing a few types of cylinders for a small number of customers to producing hundreds of different types of cylinders for hundreds of customers. We have grown to become a market leader producing single-stage welded hydraulic cylinders from 20mm to 600mm bore and up to 6m-stroke length. CELKA has a large manufacturing facility which is 7000m2 landed on a 19000m2 area located in Torbali, Izmir which is the third biggest city of Turkey. Design and manufacturing processes have evolved with the advancement of technology along with the power of employee innovation. Traditional mechanical drafting boards have been replaced with sophisticated computer aided design equipment. In manufacturing, computerized CNC lathes, machining centers and automated welding equipment have replaced the conventional manual equipment.
